Our project-based services allow you to select one or a combination of our offerings, ensuring that the final product is perfectly aligned with your goals and requirements.
1. Initial Discovery
Based on the project(s) you selected, we will hop on a free, 30-min video call with you to understand your business and goals better.
The purpose of the consultation call is to discover your core business need, and see how we can use our skills to achieve what you need.
Our goal is to deliver solutions! We will never upsell you on services that you don't need.
2. Planning
Once we understand your goal, we will go back to the drawing board and produce a detailed plan for you to review.
At this stage, we may go back and forth on the requirement and milestones of the projects, discuss timelines and costs. You will not get charged until the plan is signed by both parties and when we start to work on your project.
This plan will also outline the deliverables. and we will make sure you fully understands what you are getting, so there are no surprises in the end.
3. Implementation
We start implementing solutions for your business, and we will keep you updated.
Things happen during software development, and timeline may get pushed back due to unforeseen circumstances. But that's why we don't charge by the hour! You pay for a product we promised to deliver, at an agreed upon price, and we will do everything we can to deliver what we promised.
4. Delivery
The final product is delivered to you based on previously agreed methods.
Depending on the project, we will either provide documentation or hop on another call with you to demo the project and how to set it up.
If future maintainance is required, it can be provided at an additional cost, which can be discussed after delivery.
